International parcels :

We would like you to know that for reasons of safety and animal welfare, shipments will only go beyond the borders of Switzerland if certain conditions are met.

 

These are as follows: 

 

​

• Short delivery time and not dangerous for animals

• Suitable and favourable weather conditions for shipping

 

If this is feasible, the shipments are then executable throughout Europe.

 

Domestic parcels :

We send parcels all over the Confederation but we can in most cases meet you in Geneva if you wish to receive the animals in person.

 

Delivery time :

For shipments within Switzerland the delivery time will in principle not exceed 24 hours. This is because the package leaves in the morning and arrives the next morning.
Shipments are possible on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
For international shipments, the delivery time can take a few days (depending on the country).

Payment :

The preparation of an order only begins once payment has been received. Two possibilities are then available to you:

• bank transfer

• cash handed over in person (in this case, the animals are also handed over in person).

 

Postage and packing :

The shipping costs have to be paid by the buyer and amount to 9.00 for national shipments. For international shipments, shipping costs may be higher (depending on the country).

 

Important :

The cold periods have begun and the addition of a heater to the package is now mandatory and systematic. This entails 1.- extra cost.
